Our Programs

Make no mistake: we've tested, studied and perfected the programs we implement today. Through our research, using state-of-the-art performance testing tools with synchronized video to document progress, we've learned how to develop competitive athletes. Quite simply, "we have the athlete down to a science."

Our science + our trainers + your effort = dramatic improvement in your sport.
Your test results are uploaded into our Athlete Information Management System (AIMS), which allows each athlete to measure their progress and compare their results with other athletes of the same age, gender, geography, sport and even sport position. Athletes are tested at appropriate intervals in the following areas:
- linear speed
- agility
- power
- dynamic stability/symmetry
- strength
- conditioning level
- sport-specific tests (throwing velocity, serving velocity, skating efficiency, etc.)
Through intricate combinations of programs and equipment coupled with video testing, we train you to enhance speed, build power and develop agility.

Our Trainers
These people care. They care about you as an athlete, no matter
what your goals or sport. They care enough that they constantly
retrain themselves to higher and higher standards, and they work
hard to create a positive and fun environment in which you can feel
comfortable-even confident-about pushing yourself to improve.
Our trainers assess your strengths and weaknesses in:
- movement skills
- power and strength
- conditioning and movement mechanics
- sport-specific skills
Once they understand your abilities, they select a model of training that can best help you to better performance, a model that is the result of 20 years of research and testing. Through a progression of drills and utilizing technical feedback tools, they ensure an optimal training environment in which you can hear, see and feel your improvements as you progress, because they are next to you throughout your workout helping you to feel what it is like to move with streamlined efficiency.
And as you improve they adjust your training to take you just one step closer to perfection-safely-on our patented and proprietary equipment and through our science-based training programs.
In many cases, our trainers are members of the National Strength and Conditioning Association and are Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists (CSCS). Our Strategic Partnerships include national associations, research universities and colleges and business alliances.
Other trainers at other facilities may or may not be certified, and some facilities tout the fact that they have coaches. Coaches, by definition, are focused on the end goal. Our trainers, on the other hand, are focused on the process of your improvement based on your goal. They believe that managing the process makes the goal possible. In addition, our trainers undergo a process of rigorous training and continual improvement so that they come to you with the latest knowledge of the best science available.
